Delete your account
You can delete your parent account from the app. Open the parent app, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the warning to permanently remove your account and related family data.
What is removed
- Your parent account and login session.
- Children, paired devices, policy settings, PIN data, usage history, and alerts associated with that account.
- Backend records needed to operate the service for that family profile.
